Bourjois 1 seconde gel nailpolish

Gel nails are in! I’m not talking about the classic French tip gel nails, oh no .. I’m talking about colored gel nails !


A while ago I blogged about So Polish from Pro Nails, which you can get done at your local salon.

Bourjois however has developed a gel nailpolish that dryes in 1 seconde and you can purchase it at your local drugstore! Ok, it’s not a 100% the same as the gel nail treatment in your salon, but I must say that its sure lasts longer than most nailpolishes and it actually dryes very quickly !

I wore the Bourjois nailpolish during my holiday in Spain. A holiday is actually the ultimate test, because your nailpolish must be resistant against : sand, salt, UV, … . I find that normal nailpolishes chip to easily during vacation and the Bourjois 1 seconde gel nailpolish doesn’t ! When applying the 1seconde gel nailpolish you notice that it is a bit different from a normal nailpolish because the texture is thicker.

I have to admit though that the purple sparkled color isn’t really my thing, but they have an amazing collection of all different fab colors in this 1 seconde gel range ! A classic red or a hot pink are high on my list for my next trip to Egypt as a blog ambassador for ClubMed in three weeks!
