Here's my second Party MakeUp look in collaboration with Chanel. If you missed my first look, go check it out here ! The holiday season is coming up and I'm creating different makeup & hairstyles for inspiration. This will leave you plenty of time to search for and buy any products you may like or want because some products are limited edition and we all know how quickly they're sold! :-)
For this new look, I'm using Chanel products from their Xmas2013 collection 'Nuit Infinie De Chanel' All Chanel products in this look are Limited Edition.
Nobody does a better red lipstick than Chanel. Chanel represents chic elegance.
However for this look I wanted to create a younger, more careless version of that Chic style .
Imagine: that Parisian girl with the always-so-perfect-messy-hair, she pins back her top hair, puts on a red lip and she's ready to party ! That's my inspiration for this look :-)
What makes this lipstick perfect for a party ? The Chanel Rouge Allure Velvet lipstick in 317 La précicieuse has a matte finish which lasts throughout an evening of eating and drinking. It's also a very vivid shade of red which makes your teeth look wither.
Let's say your have to work before going out and you only have a small amount of time to transform your look into a party look. In that case, I would wear the Fatal 837 eyeshadow cream which is a gorgeous brown/taupe color with a shot of red through it and team that up with a black mascara and a lip balm. This eyeshadow stays put all day !
Then, just before leaving work, apply the Chanel red lipstick to transform your look. The Chanel Joues Contraste powder blush in 84 accent is a pretty brown blush color with tiny shimmers (smells like roses! ) which will give you that bronzed look.
Apply the Chanel Le Vernis nail polish in 677 Rouge Rubis the day before. This gorgeous red/pink nailpolish will gee you that extra bit of glam!
Saty tuned because I have another Chanel Party look coming up which will involve : a nude/pink lip, a messy curly updo and a bronze glow ! :-)
